1.3003 grade aluminum alloy is the most used alloy among 3xxx aluminum alloys. It is easy to process. It can be painted on the surface of the original aluminum color paint to make decorative curtain wall panels, and indoor ceiling with aluminum ceilings. Bent by the pressure machine,3003 aluminum can become aluminum tiles, which is light and durable. Compared to 5052 aluminum alloy, 3003 aluminum alloy’s price is cheaper, and its welding performance is also very good. Some truck fuel tankmanufacturers also use 3003H24 aluminum plate to replace the 5052 production tank.
2.3004 aluminum alloy’s strength higher than that of 3003 aluminum alloy , and with a better performance, 3004 aluminum alloy can be used as tank/body of aluminum cans, containers for chemical and liquid products.
3.3104 aluminum alloy and 3004 alloy composition is very similar.It is of high strength and easy to process. The TV manufacturing industry often use 3104-O aluminum plate to make back panel of LCD , stamping convex package, electronic components. This can not only reduce the total weight of finished products, but also to ensure a good heat dissipation.
4.3005 aluminum alloy is mainly used for high-end color coated aluminum coil, building materials, roof partition, air conditioners, refrigerators etc.
5.3105 aluminum alloy can be used for the production of can/bottle caps, cover lids other stamping parts.
